Promotional Draws: The following persons are ineligible to participate in promotional draws: SIGA employees, members of the SIGA Board of Directors, and immediate family members residing in the same household as those listed.

Agreement to Rules: Using the SIGA Rewards card indicates acceptance of the program’s rules and conditions.

Casino Exclusion: If excluded from any SIGA casino, voluntarily or involuntarily, by SIGA or SLGA, any accumulated SIGA Rewards points may be forfeited.

Point Forfeiture: Points earned through misuse of the SIGA Rewards card or fraud are invalid and may be forfeited. Casino management reserves the right to revoke the SIGA Rewards card and suspend or terminate the player from the program.

Point Ownership: Accumulated SIGA Rewards points remain SIGA’s property until redeemed by the member. Points cannot be assigned, transmitted, or transferred to third parties and are exempt from seizure. Points are personal to the cardholder and are cancelled upon death.

Do I get a discount on food & beverages with SIGA Rewards?

Yes, SIGA Rewards members get 10% discount on their bill at our restaurants.

Yes, SIGA Rewards members get early access to purchase show tickets, three days before the public.

PIN stands for personal identification number. Because you can download points and free slot play at your machine, you need a PIN to access your balances. It is very important that you never share your PIN with anyone, just like your bank card PIN. If you ever forget your PIN, simply visit the SIGA Rewards desk to create a new one.

Your account balance is displayed each time you insert your card into a slot machine. If you’d like to check your balance during play, simply remove and reinsert your card.

If you choose not to redeem your SIGA Rewards points, they will expire 18 months after the date on which they were earned. Free slot play offers placed on a SIGA Rewards card will expire at the end of the gaming day. SIGA Rewards reserves the right to delete any member accounts that have been inactive for more than two years and any accumulated points will be forfeited.

If you remove your card from the reader at any time during play, you will stop earning points for your play. Any unused free slot play will be credited back to your promo balance. Any cash balance remaining on the machine can then be played down or cashed out.

How Do I Earn Tier Credits?

You earn Tier Credits by inserting your SIGA Rewards card when playing slots or electronic table games, or by registering with a live games dealer during table play at any SIGA Casino. $5 = 1 tier credit.

Tier credit qualifying periods are every six (6) months:

  1. April 1 to September 30
  2. October 1 to March 31

Tier credits reset April 1 and October 1 for the next qualifying period.

Upgrades can be achieved at any time during the six-month qualifying period. When you reach a new tier, it will be reflected the next gaming day, making you eligible for a new card and additional benefits.

Downgrades are based on your play during the six-month qualifying period when using your SIGA Rewards card. You can check your new tier status on April 1 and October 1 each year.
